This is one of the most bad ass strength and power routines out there. The gains arn't as quick as the Texas Method, or Bill Starr's 5x5 but they are consistant, steady and the programming is more flexable then the previous two. Plus I personally find it more easyer to recover from, and fit in conditioning and skill work with. I would say this is more of an advanced lifters protocol.
