How do we can call in CACC/Scientific Wrestling vocabulary the leg locks position like 50/50 Guard and the Sonnon's Sambo Saddle?
I think appropriate names could be simply Inside/Outside Figure 4 Legs with Achilles Lock, Heel Hook etc.
Any suggestion?

Paulson actually referred to it as 50/50 in the early 1990's, based on the odds of who would get the ankle lock first from that position. What is a Sonnon Sombo Saddle?
Otherwise I think you could just call it a front single leg grapevine.

Actually Mark Hatmaker who I send a message 2 days ago, like me call it Inside/Outside Figure 4 Legs or also Inside/Outside Leg Triangle. Your Front single leg grapevine sound good
I refuse to call it 50/50 Guard because Ryan Hall didn't invent the Outside Figure 4 Legs. This is a very common leg control position in Catch, Sambo and Shoot Wrestling, but is just now growing in popularity in the bjj community.
The Scott Sonnon's Sambo Saddle is basically just an "inside version" of 50/50 Guard

The 50/50 is a bottom guard technique. I dont think a catch wrestler would use it because you need to put your foot on your opponents hip, and it leaves you open for a heel hook. There is a great alternative to that position shown by Mark Hatmaker in another thread about getting off your back from the guard.
