heavy, i've decided to crack on with this once i've exhausted SS. Did you follow one template straight through? I'm considering alternating 2/3 of the templates on the SS wikia page weekly to avoid any stalling.

I'm considering alternating 2/3 of the templates on the SS wikia page weekly to avoid any stalling. The template I followed was Monday-- Sqaut (medium) 5x5, Press (medium) 5x5, PowerClean (medium/high) 5x1,2,or 3 Wendsday Front or Zercher squat (medium/light) 5x5 or 5x3, Dips, Chins, somtimes a snatch variation 5x1,2,or 3 Friday ( this were it gets tricky)-- I either made this my high intensity day, or a "speed" day. I would alternated just about every 2-3 weeks. I would also alternate all of my lifts press-bench DL- Power Clean Low Bar Squat-High Bar Squat

ok cool, i love zerchers. i currently do inverted rows/chins at the end of every workout as i'm especially terrible at them, so i may add in some barbell rows.
