Submission master is excellent, its in Japanese though. The demos make everything clear anyways but it provides a great insight into Catch wrestling technique. You are made to feel almost sorry for the students Fugiwara is tapping out, lol.
Baret Yoshidas DVD is also great. I've not seen a DVD thats shows the amount of techniques on it for the price. Its more modern the sumission master (that was shot in the early 90's i think) so there is things like Brabo style chokes etc on it. Remember that Baret is a nogi BJJ guy so the differences in style is apparent but i think they would complement each other nicely.

Yes on Fujiwara. It's the original series he brought out in either the very late 1980's or early 1990's and might be the earliest Catch instructional on tape. It also includes 'body making' which are basically a lot of the Karl Gotch conditioning exercises adapted by the Japanese puroresu wrestlers. The third disc is clips from a seminar Fujiwara did in California just a few years ago which is in English (sometimes with his assistant translating). It's been a while since I've seen it but I think the seminar is with Dick Cardinal a carnival wrestler who has some nasty subs and rides. No throws or takedowns iirc.
Josh Barnett attacking the guard is very good and it's not just MMA based. He's one of the first to tackle attacking the rubberguard though a lot of 10th Planet guys have been heavily critical of the clip floating about online. No surprises there.
Others have rec'd Baret Yoshida stuff, but I'm not sure on the rest you posted.
