I've long wished for Ryan Hall to join us on the dark side ;D First saw this last year and it makes perfect sense. I'm not into the searching for triangles off your back that Hall used to (strategically Hall has gone away from this and made some real catch-esque comments in an interview not too long ago). However if your opponent makes a mistake or perhaps opens himself up if he's striking in MMA, I think this is the ONLY way people should be finishing triangles. www.youtube.com/watch?v=rsNtpxKVn5M

I think for a long time BJJ'ers had the belief that the guard was a neutral position. Many of them are just now realising they've been duped. All things being equal, top man wins.

Actually many believed being on their back with guard was advantageous.

Ryan Hall is a great grappling mind, and his recent comments regarding grappling have definitely had some CACC tones to it.
